Today is our last day in Delhi, if you don't count the 30 minutes we have until our plane departs at 12:30 am. We went to the US embassy in the morning to finalize Maya's visa. We expected to be done hopefully by 1:00 or so. We got there at 9:30, filed our paperwork, had our interview, and were gone by 10:45 - I think this was a record!!!! Maya is now legal to come to the US, we just need to get there.
We also spent some time Kashmir Cashmere - tourist trap. They sell hand made rugs for only a few hundred dollars - at least we got a free cup of tea. We also visited the "Gate of India" and took some pictures. Finally we came back to the hotel, ate lunch, and are now resting. We depart for the airport at 7:00 and our flight is at 12:30. Prayers will go up as you travel. You are wrapped in God's loving arms. Hope the flight is good and Maya is happy. She will probably sing her way to America. How blessed she is and also you two for the outpouring of love you have given her and us as we have traveled with you through this most exciting adventure. I will be happy when the plane lands in Pittsburgh and Maya sees her family for the first time. I'm sure many trips to the little bathroom, lots of singing and laughing will mark your trip home. I want to know their definition of "shy." Our prayers follow you, as they have through this entire journey. Be safe.

Fly safe family... I can't wait for you all to be home safe... we are expecting SNOW this weekend... what a fun experience Maya will get right away! God wants her to see snow for the first time, and He is not even making her wait.

Ashley and Emily are very excited to meet Maya. They have enjoyed looking at pictures and watching videos. Ashley has been reading about your trip. Emily wants Maya to see Cinderella and wants Maya to have a Cinderella dress and shoes.
